4. PRODUCTS SOLD FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY

You further agree that any products or services you purchase from Valencia on or through the Website will be used for your personal, non-commercial use. Resale of our products outside of authorized channels can result in the product becoming materially different, which may affect safety, efficacy, or the ability to honor warranties or guarantees. OVERVIEW OF SERVICE The Valencia VIP Membership (the “VIP Membership” or “Program”) is a digital subscription-based rewards program. As a VIP Member, you receive exclusive access to member-only pricing, promotions, and discounts through the Valencia Rewards Club and the VIP store, where you can save up to 80% off retail prices on select products and services available at member.tryvalencia.co.

 

FREE TRIAL AND AUTOMATIC CONVERSION TO PAID MEMBERSHIP If you enroll in a free trial of the Service (the “Trial Period”), you will receive the VIP benefits described at checkout for the length of the Trial Period at no charge other than any applicable purchase you make at that time. Unless you cancel before the end of the Trial Period, your VIP Membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and the membership fee described at checkout (e.g., $49.99 every 28 days) will be charged to your payment method.

HOW TO CANCEL You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time by:

• Using your online account portal;

• Calling us during our posted business hours.

10. SHIPPING

Valencia ships to addresses located in the United States and internationally. Orders generally ship Monday through Friday. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. If you discover a mistake with your order, please contact Customer Support via email (info@tryvalencia.co) or by filling out our Contact Form immediately.

11. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

You agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is sufficient proof of delivery, even without a signature.

12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Valencia wants you to be satisfied with your experience. If you receive the wrong item or if it arrives damaged, please visit tryvalencia.co/policies/refund-policy for return instructions. All sales are final after 60 days from order fulfillment.

13. SOCIAL MEDIA

Comments and opinions expressed by users on social media are theirs alone and do not reflect the opinions of Valencia.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION

ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO VALENCIA’S POLICIES, ADVERTISING, OR PRODUCTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA). YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION PARTICIPATION. YOU MAY OPT OUT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE BY MAILING A LETTER TO OUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT AT OUR PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valencia and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

We are not liable for any third-party materials or the purchase of goods from third-party websites linked through our Services.

19. TESTIMONIALS AND REVIEWS

Anything you submit to the Website (Submissions) will be treated as non-confidential. You grant Valencia a royalty-free, perpetual right to use, copy, and publish such Submissions for any purpose, including advertising.
